Duties
Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
- Build, configure and deploy IT hardware using the latest Microsoft technologies
- Provide technical support to a global workforce
- Troubleshoot, identify and implement hardware and software solutions
- Install, update and support operating systems and applications
- Ensure defined security standards are met
- Provide timely and accurate customer feedback
- Test, evaluate and report on new technologies
- Create and maintain support documentation and tips & tricks solutions for the company self-service portal
Requirements & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in a high-pressure IT support environment
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- 1 year SQL experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable
- Works well under pressure
